Jewelry Care
Avoid placing perfumes, creams, and other toiletries on your jewelry. Jewelry is not suitable to be put in the sea or in the swimming pool. Remember that regardless of the material, the good condition of your jewelry depends largely on how you take care of them. We include the wipe to clean them eventually when you feel that you have used them a lot or you have been in very humid environments, we recommend you to do it before storing them, for this you can use the same box in which they were packed, isolated from other jewelry and other metals.
Refund
In the event that the buyer withdraws from his purchase and requests a refund, this must be done within a maximum period of five (5) calendar days from the day the order is received, provided that the product is in perfect condition, has not been used, and is returned with the original box. In this case the product must be sent to Carrera 22 # 118-86 apt 201, Bogotá – Colombia. The shipping cost will be assumed by the buyer. Once received, the money will be refunded, from which PayPal administrative costs will be deducted.

Jewelry pieces that are made to order, customized, or created exclusively at the customer’s request are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, as they are handcrafted as unique, one-of-a-kind items based on specific customer requirements. In accordance with Law 1480 of 2011 – Colombian Consumer Protection Statute, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, as these products cannot be resold or reused by the business. At Tania Revueltas Jewelry, we guarantee the quality, authenticity, and artisanal excellence of each piece. However, should a manufacturing defect occur, the legal warranty will apply in compliance with current regulations.
